Certified Yoga Instructor passionate about helping others in their wellness journey with a focus on alignment and balance through breath and movement. My belief is that the practice of engaging the mind-body connection is the gateway to awareness of how we move well and with intension. From walking the dog early in the morning to cuddling up with a good book in the evening, or vice versa, healthy alignment begins in daily practice.
